Lead – Digital Performance Marketing

Job Essence –

Leading the Digital Performance Marketing team at Digitally Next is a full-time opportunity in Uday Park, South Delhi. This job requires someone who has either worked with Digital agencies in the past, or with D2C clientele. Being an agency, the role demands working the digital social media performance management of multiple projects simultaneously.

It is an RoI driven role aiming at multiple times growth of the brand on digital social mediums. To sum up in 2 lines, the role is all about –

Individual Contribution | Interdepartmental Coordination | Team Work

Strategy to Implementation of SEO | Paid Ads | SMO | ORM | Email | Analytics

Work profile –

  • Translation of Business/Digital Objectives in to result oriented organic and paid SEM campaigns
  • Consistency in calibration and optimization vis a vis Budget and Search Engine protocols for each online Campaign
  • Periodic Audit and Review of Online Assets as needed for SEM campaigns
  • Putting a project plan and operational excellence in terms of Planning and Timelines to for multiple campaigns
  • Complimenting search engine with social media optimization and online reputation management
  • Managing any vendor, tool and technology specific to each SEM campaign
  • Success Metrics, Reports and Analytics Management
  • Leading the Clients’ performance management cycle

Key Responsibility Areas –

  • Strategize, execute, monitor, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms – Google Adwords, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Quora Ads etc.
  • Create sales funnel and lead capturing cycle
  • Explore new opportunities to grow campaigns more efficiently and effectively
  • Manage the platform’s daily budgets, billing reconciliation, and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired return
  • Map ad formats to advertising objectives
  • Plan and Optimize landing pages and website
  • Document campaign evolution to monitor the overall performance and identify best practices.
  • Ensure a data-led approach to all activity, creating a clear test & learn strategy
  • Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives

Must Have Eligibility –

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in 360 degree digital performance marketing
  • Deep understanding of paid ads set-ups – FB | Instagram | Quora | LinkedIn | Google
  • Deep understanding analytics and RoI generation
  • Should have either worked with a digital social media agency or D2C clients in the past
  • Should be able to ideate, and not just a task taker
