2) Team & Vendor Management: Individual Contribution, Buddy Coaching, Participate in Recruitment/Induction, KRA setting and Performance Evaluation: 

  1. Work Allocation Based on Activity Charter & SMO Tracker
  2. Primary & Secondary Work related ownership to ensure business continuity as a part of risk mitigation
  3. Setting up KRAs (using InnoWET) and Performance review
  4. Time sheet Management & Analysis
  5. Social Media Participation and updated Profile including Glassdoor reviews

3) Campaign Deliverables : Timely Plan, Manage, Monitor and Communicate :

  1. SMO and Activity Charter specific Content & Creative work packs and stacks for clients ( weekly to monthly )
  2. BTL- Onetime & Frequent list
  3. ATL excel sheet

4) Review & Analytics: 

  1. Client’s success PPT and Report with executive summary
  2. Team Productivity based on Time Sheets
  3. Power of 5 /Activity Charter Conformance Report
  4. Search Engine Marketing /Paid Campaigns Report and Plan of Action
  5. Consolidated success Report /PPT for internal stakeholders

5) CRM/Account Management:

  1. Review meetings as SPoC with Clients
  2. Digitally Next updated corporate overview
  3. Building Case Papers and sample Reference Deck for new Business
  4. Presales Support for New Business Development
  5. Participation & representation of Digitally Next in PR centric activities , forum and Seminars as and when required.
  6. Initiate and Manage Key Account Management for cross selling opportunities to present clients
  7. To be a think tank to the management by providing the required Market Intelligence and Business Intelligence related to IoT/Digital/Social Media.

6) Project Management Tools & Automation:

  1. Updating and Managing Knowledge Management repository
  2. Effective implementation and use of social media Tool – Social Pilot
  3. Keeping and custodian of Clients and BFGs usernames and passwords list
  4. Creating and upkeep of Process Manual with SLAs
  5. Building and updating templates related to work functions.
